A little bit of history
We opened the doors of our restaurant 15 years ago, after falling in love with Anguilla and most of all, our location on the stunning Shoal Bay beach. How could we not?
Being french, food is our priority! The idea of opening a french restaurant with a Caribbean touch and a location overlooking to incredible turquoise sea was so tempting that we jumped into the plan.
And here we are, over a decade after that decision, still in love with this precious island, its spirit and its people. And not a day goes by without being happy to share our paradise with you all!

Shoal Bay beach is definitely the most beautiful beach of Anguilla. The largest one, with the whitest sand, the purer crystal clear water, the coconut trees in the background... And the best of it? No crowd to disturb you from this peaceful moment.
